In the beginning, God created the
and the earth. The earth had nothing on it and it was pitch .
However, the Spirit of God was there and He wanted to make a world in
which and
could live. So one day God said," Let there be ."
And all of a sudden there WAS .
God saw that the was very
good. He decided that He was going to separate the and
the from each other.
He called the "day"and
the he called
it "night". The evening and the morning was the first day
of the world. God, then, decided He was
going to make
a and created
to separate the from below
and the
from above.
When the
evening turned to morning it was the 2nd day of the world. God made dry
ground to appear. He
called the dry ground "land."
The
that went around the land was called "seas." He covered the
dry land with beautiful green
and nice leafy . When the evening
turned into morning that was the 3rd day of
the world. God made the sun
to shine by day and the moon
and twinkling stars to shine
by at night. When the evening turned into morning, that was the 4th day
of the world . God was
very please with how the world was starting to look. However, it looked
very lonely to Him, so he decided to make animals .
He made the fish to swim in
the and the to
fly above in the beautiful .
When the evening turned into morning , that was the 5th day of the .
God also made other to
roam around the earth. He made the s ,
, ,s ,
sheep, , dogs ,
cats,
, ,
tigers and many other animals and insects . God
saw that the was looking
really nice now.
However, God was not quite finished with His creations.
He decided he was going to make a ,
first. A who would think
like, love, and worship Godand take care of his beautiful creation.
God made man out of the dust of the ground, breathed into his nostrils
(nose) the breath of life and man became a living soul. God saw that
the man was very special and this mans' name was Adam. God was very
pleased with Adam. When the evening turned to morning that was the 6th
day of the world. God looked down on the new creation and saw how good
it was and He was happy. On the 7th day, God did not do any more. God
rested on the 7th day because everything was done that God wanted to
do to start His and creation.
Adam was placed in the Garden of Eden and was told to
take care of the garden and that He was to eat of anything there except
the tree of the knowledge
of good and evil, because if Adam did, then
he would surely die.
